A package of 10, one hour parent coaching sessions to help support families as they learn new skills and implement recommendations successfully over the long term. Making changes in the way you interact as a family may be necessary, but it isn't easy! That is why I place a heavy emphasis on supporting you as a parent AND a person. My goal is to help you build the skills you need to parent with confidence
